Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. We ship all New Zealand orders via courier and the delivery times are usually around 1-3 working days. International orders have a choice of international courier (2-6 working days, tracked) or international air post (3-10 working days, not tracked).
If you’re in an obscure or remote part of the world, expect shipping to take longer. Please be patient.
In some countries further duty and tax rates may apply when receiving packages from Bad Things. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
We generally do not accept returns of any kind unless there is a fault with the product, in which case we will happily exchange your purchase. Please make sure you have the correct size and style when you place your order. See our sizing guide here.
If we ship the incorrect size or item, simply email us at email@example.com. Please include your original order number and what was incorrect about your order. We will either refund you or ship the correct item if it's still in stock.
If you select standard post shipping, we are not responsible for lost items or stolen packages. If you select express shipping and your parcel does not arrive, Bad Things will refund or replace the lost item. If the parcel can be traced to have arrived at the correct destination, we will not refund or replace your package.
